Rhapsody of Fire

Rhapsody of Fire (dawniej Thundercross, później Rhapsody) - włoski zespół muzyczny grający symfoniczny power metal i epic metal. Menadżerem grupy do niedawna był basista zespołu Manowar Joey DeMaio, obecnie zespół procesuje się z jego wytwórnią. Teksty ich utworów to historia fikcyjnego świata Algalord, wymyślona przez gitarzystę Lucę Turilliego, ułożona na podobieństwo sagi fantasy o walce dobra ze złem. W nagraniu albumu Symphony of Enchanted Lands II: The Dark Secret i singla The Magic of the Wizard's Dream wziął udział słynny brytyjski aktor Christopher Lee, co zapewniło zespołowi duży rozgłos. Brał on również udział w nagrywaniu Triumph or Agony oraz wystąpił na koncercie w Kanadzie, uwiecznionym na koncertowej płycie pod tytułem Live in Canada

14 lipca 2006 roku zespół zmienił swoją nazwę na Rhapsody of Fire, co było spowodowane naruszaniem praw autorskich marki Rhapsody.

6 października 2008 roku zespół zawiesił działalność na czas nieokreślony
